There are numerous ways to meet women in Colombia — one of my favorite ways to meet a Colombian girl is on Colombian Cupid
On that website, there are endless amounts of beautiful Colombian women waiting to meet a man
And though there are always concerns about scams and safety, I never had much issue with safety when it came to this website
Now of course I can write another article describing how Colombian Cupid works
But perhaps it would be better to give an account of the very first time I ever met a Colombian girl on Colombian Cupid
Going back several years ago, I was spending time in Detroit, Michigan spending time with friends and also getting ready for my trip back to Colombia in a week
While in Detroit, I opened up for the very first time an account on Colombian Cupid
I had heard about it before but it was never a website that I tried
Most of my online dating by that point had been with Tinder
So I open it up and fortunately….
It was free to get started
Which is always a good thing – gave me time to check out how it works
And perhaps more importantly – check out the women on this website also
After all, no point in using this website if there are no women that I am interested in
However, that negative possibility never turned out to be true
Instead, there were plenty of Colombian women who were very attractive and online at the moment that I was using this website
Almost right away, I noticed that I got some notification telling me that my account was already being viewed by specific Colombian women
And that even a few of them sent me an “interest” notification after I had set up the basics to my profile – a photo, verified and with some basic information
Before doing all that, which only took some odd minutes, I was mostly getting views
But now I was getting interest as well and I decided to send interest back
At this point, I was also being told on this website that some women were messaging me
I tried opening up the messages but they were not possible to see unless I upgraded my account, which to be honest, was a little frustrating
After all, all these beautiful women want to talk with me and I can’t talk with them
So I thought about it – would it be worth it to spend money to talk with them?
First, I did more research online to see if I could trust Colombian Cupid with my credit card info so that I can upgrade my account
And all the reviews I read online said that the website was very secure – which, in my later experience, proved to be absolutely true
Second, I wanted to give these profiles from the women writing me an extra look
Because why should I upgrade my account if they are not the type of women I would actually want to date?
There was one woman I saw who seemed nice but she already had a kid and was divorced – which, to be honest, I was not too interested in
Then there was another woman that was named Dahiana
She was a cute 24 year old Colombian woman with light brown skin, a great smile and nice brown hair
Dressed nicely too and her profile made her seem very humble and sweet
So I decided that she would be interesting to know and some of the other profiles I saw on there were good too
So I gave it a shot….
I trusted Colombian Cupid to be worth the investment
And looking back at it – it absolutely was worth the investment as it is possible to meet a nice and beautiful Colombian girl on Colombian Cupid
Right away I started talking with some of the women on the website
Most of them were sweet and were genuinely interested in getting to know me
Of course, I’m not going to deny it – there were just a minor few that were trying to scam me
One girl in particular whose name was Marilyn – an older woman who was 29 and based in Cartagena – wanted me to send her money
Right away, Marilyn was already telling me that she “loves me” within less than an hour of talking with her on Colombian Cupid and how she wanted me to send money to help her children
She started saying that “any good man” would send money to help a woman that cares about him
And that she would gladly “return the favor” when I arrived to Colombia by giving me all the love and affection she has for her “future boyfriend”
Well, that conversation escalated quite quickly in an hour!
An hour of love and romance for sure
But here’s the thing with women like Marilyn
First, they were not the majority. Instead, they were by far the minority
Most women on that website were not trying to scam me
Marilyn was one of the only ones – and I could count on one hand the amount of women who have tried to scam me on Colombian Cupid
Less than 5 women versus the hundreds of women on there
Second, it’s very obvious when a woman is trying to scam you
She was telling me how she loved me right away and needed money sent right there without ever having met me
In the end, a woman trying to scam you in that fashion is similar to a mysterious person in some foreign country trying to sell you an island that you have never seen
Just use common sense and you will not be scammed when looking to meet a Colombian girl on Colombian Cupid
It’s a very safe and legit website where 99% of the women are not scammers and the ones that are scammers are very obvious to avoid
My First Date
As I was packing my bags to leave Detroit to go to Cali, Colombia, I was getting to know several women in Colombian Cupid
One of them being Dahiana – the cute petite Colombian woman who was very attractive and sweet
We had been getting to know each other for a week by this point as I was leaving Detroit finally
We liked each other so much that she agreed to wait for me at the airport as I would be arriving to Cali
Once I got there, I saw her right away
Standing by herself at the airport in a cute white dress and nice makeup
She was even more attractive in person than in her profile
And even sweeter also
We hugged, gave her a nice kiss and held hands as we walked to the ATM machine
Where I had to withdraw money to pay for the taxi to get out of the airport
Then we head to my hotel where she waited outside
I thought about inviting her in but I didn’t want to rush things too quickly just yet
So I go into my room and organize my stuff quickly in my hotel room
I changed my clothes into something a little bit nicer since I had been traveling all day
A normal black shirt with blue pants and some boots and a decent watch to look nice
Both of which I recommend for anyone wanting to look decent while dating down here
Then I head back out and we went to a nice café
At the café, we spent probably 2 or 3 hours there talking and getting to know each other while drinking some coffee
And naturally, making out just a little bit too but not too much so that the security guard wouldn’t have a problem of course
Well, we leave the café and then go to a nearby park
Where we spend a little more time there also just as it was hitting sunset and almost night time
Given that I wasn’t just looking for casual sex at that point, I decided not to invite her back to my hotel just yet
I enjoyed the date as much as she did and I was very tired anyway from the long trip
Over the course of the next few months, we met often and of course escalated romantically and sexually as well
While I have met a decent amount of women on Colombian Cupid, she was my first and one of the best ones I met on there
Not only because she was one of the best women that I ended up sleeping with
But also because I really enjoyed my time with her and we connected in a way that was much more real and organic than anything else
Final Thoughts
And so overall, I would absolutely recommend Colombian Cupid because regardless of what you are looking for
Being casual sex or something serious like marriage with a faithful woman who is sweet and beautiful
You can find both on Colombian Cupid as it provided me both plenty of times
This website was by far better than what Tinder or any other online website has offered me while in Colombia
So make sure to check it out as there are plenty of women out there like Dahiana
