15 Factors Comparing Colombian to Peruvian Women

Interested in traveling to Colombia or Peru to enjoy dating the women in either country? 

With some of the more important differences laid out between women of both countries, you will ideally have a better idea at which country offers better women for your personal tastes. 😉

Factor 1: Demographics

As mentioned many times on this website, Colombia has quite a bit of diversity in its country.

You have plenty of white, black, indigenous and brown Colombians overall. If you are interested to know more about some of the specifics of the differences in Colombians by region, check out this article I wrote here.

When it comes to Peru, you will find that the population in general has a lot more indigenous background than most countries in Latin America and definitely much more so than Colombia.

There are also some whiter looking Peruvians in places like Lima but Peruvians of heavier European descent are much rarer than Colombians of mostly European descent.

There’s also some black Peruvians but I never saw too many of them whenever I have been in Peru. So in short, it’s mostly indigenous or mestizos (white and indigenous mix) in Peru.

While Colombia has a lot more diversity in general due to a greater degree of variety in women. Which for me makes Colombia a better place in this category since more variety means more options for us men.

Winner: Colombia

Factor 2: Sexiness

While there are plenty of pretty Peruvian women to be sure
.

They simply don’t compare to Colombian women when it comes to sexiness.

Colombian women bring more diversity, have nicer faces, better curves, nicer asses, dress more sexually, have more plastic surgery, etc

In short, this is no contest.

Winner: Colombia

Factor 3: Easiness

On one hand, it is true that Peruvian women do have a greater interest in foreign men than Colombian women do. Your foreign value in this country is going to be a bit higher than normal.

However, the culture in Peru is a bit more conservative than Colombia and there isn’t as much of a hookup culture when compared to Colombia.

Where the women that you will find to be easier in this country as bricheras (gringo hunters) or upper class chicks that are more Americanized.

For that reason, Colombian women are going to be all around a bit easier than Peruvian women.

Factor 4: Fidelity

In another obvious factor, it is clear to me that Peruvian women are much more faithful than Colombian women.

For anyone that has spent time in either country, this is quite obvious all around. The culture promotes less hooking up and is a lot less sexualized.

In general, it is much easier to find someone who is faithful in Peru than in Colombia.

Though you can, as I wrote in this article, easily enough find a good woman to settle down with in Colombia also.

But when compared to Peru, it’s easy to know which country is better in this factor.

Factor 5: Personality

When you have spent enough time hooking up with various women and going out drinking, it gets old after a while.

When you do that for enough time, it’s quite nice actually to meet a sweet woman that seems more innocent and who doesn’t drink too much

Or who doesn’t hookup with half the neighborhood

Just something about that type of woman that is all around much sweeter and more innocent

Because of that, I find Peruvian women to have better personalities all around

They are sweeter, innocent and carry less baggage from sleeping around a lot when compared to Colombian women

But as always, you can find sweet and innocent women in either country. Just that Peru is a bit better in this factor.

Factor 6: Traditional Femininity

Between the two countries, Peru is also a lot better in this category also.

The women in Peru emphasize a lot more being more feminine. Dressing more nicely, cooking, trying to please their men, being faithful, wanting to raise a family in a healthy manner, etc.

While this is easy enough to find in Colombia – especially in cities like Pasto – it is less common than in Peru.

And will likely get worse in Colombia over the next few decades as the culture becomes a little more Americanized than Peru likely will be.

Though I expect a certain degree of change for the worse in the cultures of both countries as time goes on

But in Peru it will be less bad as I believe the culture in Peru will be more resistant to changes and more influence from American culture

But that’s more of a guess based on my experience down here

Either way, this is another factor where Peru wins

Factor 7: Cooking

In both countries, it is easy enough to find a woman that takes pleasure in cooking for her man.

And honestly, there isn’t too much difference between both countries on this specific matter regarding how often women cook for their men.

So it can be hard to decide which country is better here.

Therefore, the best way to decide this one is based on who cooks better food.

Which country has better food overall?

Between the two, Peru obviously

It’s no question

Colombia has food that really isn’t that great or anything to write home about

While Peru has some of the best food in Latin America along with Mexico or Argentina for example

So if I had to choose, I’d rather have someone cook me Peruvian food than Colombian

Any day of the week parceros

Factor 8: Stay at Home Vs Work

In Peru, you are generally going to find more women that are interested in staying at home to take care of the family than work.

However, this is less common in the city of Lima and also Cusco to a degree.

But outside of those cities, it is much more common from what I have seen and heard while spending time in Peru.

In Colombia, you will find more women interested in staying at home in places like Pasto or Valledupar.

Of course, in cities like Bogota or Medellin, it’s a bit less common as you will find more careerist women in those places.

And so while you can find either type of woman easily enough in both countries


I’d say Peru is going to have more women interested in staying at home to take care of the family

But I won’t say which country wins in this category since it depends on what you want personally

Winner: Neutral

Factor 9: Foreign Value

As said before, you will generally get more foreign value as a foreigner in Peru than in Colombia.

One of the reasons being is that specifically white guys tend to have much more value there in Peru overall in my experience.

This doesn’t though apply to non-white guys from what I have seen. There seems to be more racism against black dudes specifically in Peru than what you might see in Colombia.

Similar to my article talking about Argentina here, much of this talk about racism is based on what I have heard from other expats that are actually black.

Since I’m not black myself, I don’t have any personal experience in this matter.

So if you are black, I would say Colombia is probably better for you on this factor since I hear less concerns about racism in Colombia.

Though racism does exist here, it just seems to be less of an issue when it comes to doing well with the women.

But if you are white, then you will have more foreign value in Peru overall.

Another thing to consider is where in Colombia versus Peru also.

Because in Cusco, you are not really so much of a novelty given the high amount of foreigners in that city.

But I also noticed a higher amount of “gringo hunters” in that city also – so more women really interested in meeting foreigners for whatever reason they have – good or bad depending on the woman.

While in Colombia, your foreign value will be even higher obviously in the less touristy cities. But in places like Medellin or Cartagena, it can sometimes be bad due to the “sex tourist” stereotype.

In Bogota, it simply doesn’t matter as much from my experience living here.

Now those are just some of the specifics regarding exact cities. But overall, Peru is better here in my experience.

Factor 10: Arrogance

From what I have seen, Peruvian people are not very arrogant about their country. They tend to be much more humble.

And also more willing to hear some reasonable criticism of their country as long as it is not excessive or rude in general.

While Colombians have a much thinner skin when it comes to criticism and will get very angry pretty quickly if you point out some of the negatives.

So in short, Peru is better in this category also.

Factor 11: Quality of Sex

By far, Colombian women are much better in bed than Peruvian women.

In my experiences, I have often been disappointed by Peruvian women in the bedroom or just not really that impressed overall.

Part of the reason why I think this is the case is because it seems like the women there have a lot less experience sexually.

They are more the type to settle down with and teach how to be sexually pleasing to you personally over time.

Which is good in a way since it also means that a lot more women here sleep around less and would be better for settling down with in the long term.

As has been mentioned before.

Another issue too is that Peruvian women are a lot more conservative generally speaking and are not as comfortable having sex too quickly.

For that reason, they will often be colder and not as wild during sex given their internal desire to not be too slutty

Which also makes them judge themselves if they are too slutty overall and can make them less engaging or wild in the bedroom

At least that is what I have seen among Peruvian women – a lack of confidence from a lack of experience and also from internal conservative attitudes regarding sex

While Colombian women are much more comfortable with their bodies and experimenting with someone new

Which makes them much more fun sexually by far

Winner: Colombia

Factor 12: Family Values

I overall find Peruvian women to have better family values when it comes to settling down.

They are much more conservative and all around more traditionally feminine in general.

Compared to Colombian women, Peruvian women make better women to settle down with when factoring alone how serious they are for settling down and raising a healthy family.

Though, as always, you can find plenty of good women of family values in Colombia also as well.

But Peru is better here overall from what I have seen.

Winner: Peru

Factor 13: English Levels

Between the two countries, I have found that English levels are a bit better in Colombia than in Peru.

Now you can find more English speakers obviously in places like Lima or Cusco.

But in Colombia, it simply seems like there are a lot more people here comfortable with the English language

And as mentioned before on this website, this is only improving

Especially as the Colombian government invests more resources into teaching its population English

And as tourism increases across Colombia and more Colombians learn English for labor reasons

Winner: Colombia

Factor 14: Enjoyableness

I strongly enjoy both Colombian and Peruvian women.

So while most of the factors on this list are easy to decide, this one is a bit harder.

For one, I really enjoy the sweet and innocent Peruvian chicks that you can find in that country

And having a sweet Peruvian woman cook you some tasty Peruvian food isn’t bad either 😉

But I think all around Colombian women are more enjoyable for me personally.

For one, Peru is simply a much more foreign culture than Colombia is. You feel much more like a foreigner there and that can make it a little more difficult to “connect” with the people there.

While in Colombia, that’s less of an issue.

On top of that, Colombian women are much better sexually and it is still possible enough to find a good woman to settle down with down here.

After all, I am in a happy relationship right now with a Colombian woman that is traditionally feminine, faithful and beautiful all around.

So for me, Colombian women are better for the fuller package all around.

Factor 15: Desire to Please

In my opinion, Colombian women are better overall in trying to please their men than Peruvian women are.

If Peruvian women were more sexually open and confident in themselves, this would be a much harder factor to decide on.

While Peruvian women make a strong effort on trying to please you in other feminine ways, they are not as open with it sexually.

Though they will try – it’s just something that more women there find to be a little more out of their comfort zone in the earlier stages of getting to know you better.

While Colombian women are much more open to pleasing you sexually earlier on and also in other feminine ways also.

So in short, Colombian women are better in this category overall in my experience.

Winner: Colombia

Final Thoughts

Now looking at the results


This might be the only comparison I have where we have an actual tie.

Colombia wins on 7 of the issues while Peru also does.

So which women are better overall?

Well, as hinted at in the section under Enjoyableness, I’d say Colombian women.

But that’s for my own personal tastes. When factoring in all the different things to consider, I believe Colombian women offer a more holistic advantage.

Though you really couldn’t go wrong with the women in either country. If I wasn’t living in Colombia, Peru is one of the few other Latin countries I would give serious consideration to for living long term.

Along with other countries like Mexico for example

Or Venezuela if Venezuela wasn’t in a terrible situation right now
