In my years messing around with Colombian chicks, most I met were honest and enjoyed casual hookups — however, one of them was a fraud that set me up for a prostitute scam in Colombia
What exactly happened in this “prostitute scam” in Colombia?
Here’s the story
Back when I was living in Cali, I often spent a lot of time swiping with chicks on Tinder and messing around at the bars as well.
Well, one time I matched with a girl on Tinder whose name was Natalia
From what I remember, she was a petite woman with black hair and just a little bit younger than I was
Well, we match and right away she seems a little bit “too easy” for me
She begins flirting in a very sexual manner relatively soon on Tinder and I liked her right away
So we exchanged numbers so that we can later talk on Whatsapp and then make plans to go on a date
Later that week, she messages me again on Whatsapp saying we still haven’t met yet
And she is really anxious to meet me
After messaging her some more, we decide to meet the next day
When the next day comes around, she asks if I can cover her taxi charge to come see me
Which I agree to since it was only a few bucks anyway and it was for us to meet anyway to hookup
And as is typical down here in Colombia, she shows up late
Once I’m outside, I see Natalia with the taxi.
She was sitting inside the taxi vehicle.
So I said hello to her, gave her a kiss on the lips and into the “taxi” we went
Anyway, we arrive to a motel since the place I was staying at refused to allow any guests.
Once inside the motel, we start making out and getting into it
And being ready to have sex, I start taking my clothes off as her pants were already off by that point
But once I did that, everything changed
I thought she was just a normal chick who was interested in having a hookup but I was wrong
Instead, once my pants were off, she changed her tune from wanting sex to wanting money
But she didn’t say it like “I need money before we have sex.”
She had her arms around me and said as she kissed my lips that “she needs some money because she loves me” or something like that.
Well isn’t that a sexy way to talk to someone before sex?
Now she started asking for money and I was taken aback
And honestly quite confused because I never had a chick ask for money before sex
So I just said that I simply don’t have money on me and then went for another kiss
But that’s when she turned her head and let me kiss her cheek only and not the lips
Her tune was a bit sad and her insisting that she needs money first because of different reasons she was coming up with…
That if we are going to fuck, she wants me to show her that I am serious for her and give her some money…
To how she has kids she needs taken care of.
That was basically her selling pitch.
Then I realized that this was a prostitute – though she never advertised herself as one and the entire time I suspected that she only just wanted a hookup
Though I was suspicious of how easy she was initially and how quickly and intensely she became interested in me….
But, unfortunately, I was only thinking with my dick and not in any way logically
So here I was – horny and ready to have sex
But then disappointed because I had wasted the money on getting us a taxi and a motel all for nothing
Because one thing I don’t like to do is pay for sex – never have been interested and wasn’t going to change for her
Even if she was in a desperate situation, I felt she had wasted my time by not being truthful and for trying to trick me into this situation where I would ideally give her money
And keep in mind I didn’t even have all the money she was asking. I usually keep most of my money back at my place.
While, as I said already, I’m not turned on by the idea of paying for sex.
So I immediately start getting my clothes back on and that’s when she changed her tune again
This time from sadness to anger
And that’s when she made a threat – saying that she will tell the cops that we had sex and that I didn’t pay her
Which, unfortunately for her, threats don’t work well with me
In this case, I told her to go call the cops then because I know we didn’t have sex and she was just trying to squeeze some money out of me
And thankfully for me – I decided to grab the phone in the motel room and called them so that they can get a taxi for me
My taxi arrived first.
I leave her in the room and walk downstairs to the taxi
Inside the taxi was a young guy waiting for me.
Natalia walked down the stairs but was on the phone initially talking to someone and seeming upset.
I get in the taxi but then Natalia starts talking with the taxi driver protesting.
She says I owe her some money because she claims we fucked.
I told him my story of what happened and then the guy decided that we might as well go then
But that’s when the taxi driver that she used to take us to the motel showed up.
The dude from her taxi gets out of the vehicle and starts protesting angrily that I owe her money.
And he said that “he wants his money!”
Oh shit
So now we had a situation and the poor taxi driver that I got assigned is caught in the middle of it
Just trying to do his job and now he was involved in our mess
Poor guy
Well, he got out of the car and we begin talking it over
I knew what they wanted – money. It didn’t matter that we didn’t have sex. They got a gringo here and they see an ATM machine
And I knew by this point that any amount of money would satisfy them but you got to negotiate as little as you can
Best way to handle it is to say that you simply got no money on you
What can they do?
I got no money — tough
In the end, I gave them 10 bucks so they wouldn’t call the cops and off they went
Which, by the way, this experience I had apparently isn’t very unique.
Though I never had this experience before or after this incident again, I do remember looking it up after it happened on Google.
Just to see if other people have had similar experiences online.
And, from what I read, this apparently isn’t too uncommon of a scam in Latin America.
Basically where a girl will not tell you she is a prostitute but then demand payment right before or right after sex.
No money equals threats with calling the cops or someone she knows.
So if it happens to you, let me know in the comments or by email because it would be interesting to hear similar stories from others as I have read similar incidents from other gringos online.
Now, you might ask – why give them anything at all?
You have to understand that police here in Colombia are corrupt often and even some of them see gringos as ATM machines
So they might see this situation as an excuse to take me in and shake me down for a few bucks themselves
And all the mess that would cause and all the time I would lose out of the day with that
And being a foreigner here, you simply are a bigger target for thieves like this
In the end, I wasn’t being careful and that is why I fell for this prostitute scam in Colombia
I thanked the taxi driver of mine for sticking up for me and he told me that this type of scam happens often enough
So you just have to use your brain and not your dick when it comes to these type of situations — some of them will set you up for a prostitute scam in Colombia
And let that be a lesson for everyone thinking of going to Colombia to enjoy the nightlife and the women here. Most women here in Colombia are not trying to scam you like this one did but you have to be careful and use common sense.
And with common sense, you hopefully won’t fall for any prostitute scam in Colombia.
